Express is discounted on orders over $175 (orders over 3kg can not be sent express).
If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online, you are welcome to return it to us, as new, within 45 days (*some exceptions).

Ships from our warehouse in 1-2 days. Sent by regular Australia Post service from Brisbane.*

Priority Upgrade (Australia Wide)
Valid for overs over $110. Gets the VIP treatment through our warehouse so your order leaves with the Express orders, but is sent by Regular post.*
Express (Australia Wide)
Order by 1pm (AEST – Brisbane time) for same working day despatch (sometimes an item is not available, in which case we will contact you).**
Sent by Australia Post Express. Orders up to 3kg only. Excludes Bokashi, bulky items, glass products and special order items.

Order over $175: Discounted $14.00

Brisbane stores: 3-4 working days, or 1 day for our Milton online centre.
Southport: 4-7 working days.
Burwood: 6-8 working days. Burwood and Southport times are longer as we need to send these orders via courier to the appropriate store.
Please note you can also use our shipping service to your door. This may reduce wait times.
About our Service
We pick and pack from our own fully stocked warehouse. Occasionally an item may not be in stock – in which case we will let you know within 24 hours. Should you require urgent delivery, or have special requirements, please contact us by email or phone 1300 301767.
Choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there. Please wait until you receive an email to that your order is ready to be collect.
We recommend MILTON (37 Douglas Street) for the fastest service – pull up directly outside our door and pop in to pick up.
*HEAVY ORDER EXCEPTIONS
An additional cost applies for orders over 3kg in weight or large in size. This is added at checkout.
Orders placed by 1pm (AEST) are sent by the Aust Post Express service. Occasionally an item has sold out, in which case we will contact you same day. Only available for orders up to 3kg. Express Post is not available for bulky/heavy items (such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items)
We accept orders from NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

For our standard service, the estimated delivery times from when an order is placed are:
SE Qld: 2–3 working days.
NSW and ACT: 4–5 working days.
Vic and SA: 5–7 working days.
WA and Tasmanian metro areas: 5–7 working days.
Remote areas: 7–10 working days.
Contactless delivery and authority to leave
Orders are sent with tracking by Australia Post.
Australia Post delivers all parcels with contactless delivery, not requiring any signature. By choosing 'Authority to Leave'or 'Safe Drop' you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.
If no-one is at home when Australia Post or the courier delivers, you may receive a 'calling card' explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office or local collection point.
If no-one will be at home during the day, having delivered to your work address may be a good idea.
Loss and damage
It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us by email. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
