Salt bath soaks are fantastic for calming the body and skin, and this soak incorporates ginger and seaweed to help calm your mind and draw out impurities too. Using this soak will help relieve anxiety from your busy day, soothe aches and skin troubles, and exfoliate for softer skin. This salt bath soak is the perfect way to end the day. Tasmanian Sea Salt is naturally occurring and soaking in it can improve blood circulation, calm aches and pains, and soothe skin problems such as redness, rashes, bites and sores. It's also packed with beneficial minerals like zinc, iodine and magnesium, and can deeply exfoliate and cleanse the skin. Seaweed Powder is rich in vitamins, amino acids, and minerals; its fatty acids are able to help calm irritated and dry skin. It's a great cleanser and exfoliator, drawing out impurities.

Seaweed and Salt Bath Soak


Makes enough for 1 salt bath soak application.


Place all the ingredients into a glass bowl and mix together.

How To Use

Once you've run a warm or hot bath, add all of the salt bath soak to the water. Soak for 10-15 minutes.

Tip: For a calming bath, add chamomile or lavender essential oil to the soak mixture. To feel uplifted, use rosemary or grapefruit essentials oil.

  • Pregnant ladies should seek medical advice before using any essential oils.
  • Be aware that this powder has a strong seaweed odour, so test product before using.
  • People with an allergy to iodine should avoid this DIY product.
  • Although these ingredients are gentle and natural, please patch test first for any potential reactions.
