SHIPPING TO USA ~ DUTIES

Duties must be paid before you order is shipped, so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives in the U.S. These charges are required by U.S. Customs and go directly to the U.S. Government (we do not keep them).

If you do not see Duties at checkout, we will email you after your order is placed to advise the amount payable. We then cover the processing fee for you to make delivery hassle-free.

DUTY AMOUNT: varies depending on where the product was made. Products made in Australia and New Zealand are the lowest at 15%, whereas products made in China can be up to 50%. Luckily, Biome has a lot of products that are made in Australia, so please look out of the little Australian icon on all Australian-made, low tariff products.

How Does our Eco Shop Work for USA & Canada?

When you place your order at checkout and have entered the international delivery address your final shipping cost will be displayed. Proceed through checkout as usual. Your order will ship with 1 to 2 business days.

We love our US & Canadian community and are keen to help your sustainable living journey.

Eco Friendly Packaging

We use eco-friendly packaging and recycle all materials sent to us. We use recycled shredded cardboard to protect your products and seal your box with paper tape. If there are any packing 'beads' in your order, they are made from corn starch and can be put in your compost or garden.

Terms & Conditions

It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately by email. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

The payment of all import duties and tax to the USA or Canada are your responsibility.
