Important Information

•  Store drinking water only.
•  Do not use for acidic beverages such as citrus juice, vinegar, kombucha, soft drinks, wine or other acidic liquids, as these can react with copper.
• Copper naturally oxidises and may develop darker areas or a patina over time. This is a normal characteristic of pure copper and can be polished if preferred.
• Minor variations in colour and handcrafted details make each piece unique.

BEFORE FIRST USE
- Wash the carafe thoroughly with warm water.

- Clean the inside and outside using a solution of fresh lemon juice (or white vinegar) and a small amount of salt.

- Rinse well with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.

USE
- Fill with drinking water and enjoy throughout the day.

- Empty, rinse and allow the carafe to air dry after use.

- Refill with fresh water daily for the best experience.

- Please note that it is not recommended to drink copper water exclusively as drinking excessive amounts may causing nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps and diarrhoea

- Recommended for intermittent use only


CLEANING
- Hand wash only. Do not use a dishwasher.

- Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool or harsh scouring pads, as these may scratch the copper surface.

- To restore the natural shine, occasionally clean using:
Fresh lemon juice and salt, or
White vinegar and salt.

- Rinse thoroughly after cleaning and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
