A jar set specifically designed for making small batches of fermented foods at home. This kit includes two 1L jars, glass weights, and airlock lid - everything you need to easily ferment food at home. The stainless steel lids are fitted with a silicone valve that releases the gas produced in the jar during the fermentation process. Includes a how-to leaflet and fun recipe ideas. The result? These Tasman Sea Salt Flakes contain an abundance of naturally occurring trace minerals derived from the nutrient rich, pure clean waters off Tasmania. They are rich in potassium and lower in sodium than many other salts, including Celtic Sea Salt. A robust bright white flake with an incredible depth of flavour. 250g.
