45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination.
Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.
Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.

I have two Onya bread bags that I have used every week for storing bought sliced bread in the freezer. The original metal buckles broke about a year in but a cheap and easy replacement at the shoe repairer has seen no issues since. Bakery staff are always complimentary and happy to use. Keeps bread fresh in the freezer (we've never tried keeping longer than a few weeks). If you are considering it, it's a big recommendation from me!

So good, keeps bread well in the freezer. Love that I can reduce plastic waste with my bread. And keep my homemade bread nicely sliced in the freezer.

I've been using my two bread bags for 6-7 years week in week out to get bread from the bakery and put it in the freezer. The buckles did break a couple of years in but I got them fixed at a show repairer and have had no issues since. People always compliment them and ask about them. Definitely get one!

I whish there would have been more Onya Bread Bags in store. I bought 3, if there would have been 5 or even 10 would have bought them all. I work at a market stall selling bread and always tell my customers the Onya Bread Bag is the best way to keep your bread fresher longer.
