Wild foraged native Bunya Nuts are dried and ground into this naturally fermented miso for the distinctive roasted chestnut and baked potato flavours.

Complex flavours and depth are brought further with lightly roasted native Wattleseed, adding the coffee, chocolate and hazelnut it is known for.

Organic Australian honey rounds out this medley, creating a incredible sweet-yet-savoury miso, perfect for those special moments.

Use as a base for caramels, glazes, or to dress anything that will be kissed with a flame.
