Tasting notes

Mycro's products are potent and unadulterated. For this reason we advise to add them to a glass of water and allow them to dissipate.

Your drink will have a subtle, pleasant, but complex flavour profile akin to cacao. Think earthy, nutty, fruity and acidic notes but not bitter.

Zero-Alcohol: As above, but the complexity is masked by the lingering of Australian apple cider vinegar.

Care & Use

Shake your Maitake bottle and watch the sediment rise.

Draw up one millilitre into the dropper, add it to a glass of water, an hour before the first sip of coffee. The extract disperses slowly. Drink it in steady gulps.

Keep them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, like a pantry or cupboard.

There’s no need to refrigerate.

Both our alcohol and vinegar bases naturally preserve the extracts and protect the compounds inside.

Just tighten the lid after use and they’ll stay potent for years.
