However, Quenched™ is not a synthetic coating, it is still natural, real seasoning - the initial oven seasoning forms a strong foundation, so you can get cooking straight away! But, please note, that you may still need to or choose to do a little stovetop seasoning for a superior non-stick surface, or let it build naturally through cooking.
As this is still real seasoning on iron pans, acidic foods and detergents can still erode the seasoning. But no big deal, it's always fixable with a little touch up to the seasoning, or just keep cooking. Solidteknics pans are made to be workhorses, not beauty queens.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination.
Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.
Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.

I have a number of solidteknics. I started with a small one to ‘try out’ given the cost. But I wish I’d gone straight to the Bigga. I love it. It stays on my cooktop almost like a hot plate … egg for breakfast, toasted sandwich for lunch, feed whole family at dinner - size doesn’t matter. Use in oven for roast potatoes etc … Bit of practice to get used to iron (heat up first, then add a little oil and heat a little more, then add food). After a few years I stripped it back a bit (instructions on ST site) and it came back beautifully. Follow care and cooking instructions and it works great. (Some people have trouble but it’s because you do need to get it right…you get used to that)

Cooking is quick, versatile, even, efficient and delicious. Cleaning is a breeze with no coatings to scratch, no rivets, no reactive materials to disqualify tough cleaners like Bar Keepers Friend. Oxalic or citric acid applied with steel wool gets off severe stains and a natural scrubber and wipe with some soap will clean all stuck on food
